We have an exciting and rare opportunity to join our Procurement Team, this is a key role critical to the success of the business

We’re looking for a commercially minded Procurement Manager to join Wavex and take ownership of our end-to-end procurement process.

Reporting to the CFO, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients receive excellent service while helping us secure the best possible commercial outcomes from our supplier relationships.

Communication and relationships are fundamental to the role!

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing supplier relationships and negotiating competitive pricing
• Owning CSP licensing, renewals and client quotations
• Managing one-off, project and internal purchasing requirements
• Ensuring orders, invoicing and supplier costs are accurate and processed promptly
• Identifying opportunities to improve margins through discounts, rebates and supplier offers
• Owning and continuously improving our procurement processes and APEX procurement portal
• Working closely with Sales, Account Management, Finance, Projects and Service Desk teams
• Monitoring renewals, open orders, forecasts and supplier performance
