Group Procurement Manager
We are seeking a commercially astute and results-driven Group Procurement Manager to take ownership of procurement across a unique and diverse portfolio of businesses and venues.
Based in Milton Keynes
Paying up to £47,000
Based in office 5 days a week
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing a Group-wide procurement strategy aligned with the organisation's wider commercial objectives.
- Identifying and delivering cost savings, efficiencies and value improvements through strategic sourcing, purchasing and supplier consolidation.
- Leading competitive tender processes, supplier negotiations and contract negotiations across key spend categories.
- Managing procurement activity across hospitality, catering, hotels, events, facilities, security, cleaning, utilities, maintenance and IT.
- Building strong, long-term relationships with strategic suppliers and ensuring agreed commercial terms and service levels are consistently delivered.
- Establishing effective supplier performance management, including KPIs, reviews, benchmarking and ongoing commercial compliance.
- Taking ownership of food and beverage procurement, including supplier selection, market benchmarking and price monitoring.
- Leading energy procurement, monitoring market movements and identifying opportunities to optimise costs.
- Analysing group-wide spend data to identify trends, savings opportunities and areas for improved procurement control.
- Tracking and reporting procurement savings, performance and key commercial metrics to senior leadership.
- Strengthening procurement governance, including supplier due diligence, contract management, purchasing controls and compliance.
- Identifying opportunities to improve procurement processes, systems and ways of working across the Group.

- FMCG, hospitality, hotels, leisure, stadiums, sport or major events.
- Food and beverage procurement.
- Energy procurement and utility contracts.
- Procurement transformation, systems implementation or process improvement.
