Procurement and Contracts Manager | Energy Sector | Contract Opportunity
Hybrid: 1 day per week in the London office
Initial 6-month contract (extension likely)

We are seeking an experienced Procurement and Contracts Manager to support a major energy market transformation programme within a leading energy company. As a Contract & Procurement Manager, you will play a key role in the commercial management, procurement, and governance of a diverse portfolio of strategic supplier and technology contracts. Working closely with programme teams, procurement, legal, and senior stakeholders, you'll ensure robust commercial oversight, effective supplier performance, and value-driven contract delivery across complex business and technology initiatives.

We're keen to speak with candidates who have experience in:
- End-to-end contract and commercial management across complex supplier portfolios
- Procurement activities, including sourcing, tendering, contract negotiations, and supplier selection
- Contract negotiations, renewals, variations, and change control
- Supplier relationship and performance management, including governance and KPI oversight
- Commercial risk management, contract compliance, and regulatory governance
- Stakeholder management across procurement, legal, finance, and delivery teams
- Supporting large-scale business and technology transformation programmes
- Developing commercial strategies that drive value for money and optimise supplier performance
