Contracts Optimisation Manager
The Contracts Optimisation Manager will lead multi-disciplinary financial recovery programmes across NHS Tayside in support of significant improvement and savings and will play a lead role in collaborating and sharing best practice and contractual commitments with other partner Boards. This is an exciting role which drives optimisation of current and future contract opportunities with the clear aim of supporting clinical and non-clinical stakeholders deliver excellence at the lowest possible cost; and so will have a direct influence on behaviours at the sharp end internally and on contract and supplier relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multi-disciplinary financial recovery programmes.
- Collaborate with other partner Boards.
- Drive optimisation of current and future contract opportunities.
- Support clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
- Influence behaviours internally and on contract and supplier relationship management.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Contribute to NHS Tayside’s Procurement workplan delivery and financial recovery.
- Ensure commitment to continuous improvement and sustainability.
Requirements:
- CIPS qualified.
- Proven track record of significant savings.
- Extensive senior level experience of NHS contract implementation and compliance.
- Expert knowledge of the Procurement Journey.

Hours of Work:
36 Hours per week
Employment Compliance:
