About The Team
Bioma - probiotic supplements designed to support gut health, energy levels, and focus by replenishing good gut bacteria.
Get ready to
- Own the entire procurement process for food supplements, from approved formulation to confirmed production order
- Manage manufacturing partners across supplements, packaging, and branded merchandise
- Source, evaluate, qualify, and onboard new suppliers in the US and international markets
- Build and maintain a reliable supplier network with multiple qualified manufacturers for key product categories
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, MOQs, lead times, and long-term supply agreements
- Manage supplier performance to ensure consistent quality, on-time delivery, and commercial competitiveness
- Coordinate manufacturing orders and ensure products are launched according to business timelines
- Lead ingredient compliance, labeling, and localization processes for the UK, Canada, and European markets together with regulatory partners
- Continuously benchmark supplier pricing, capabilities, and manufacturing capacity to identify better sourcing opportunities
- Drive procurement cost optimization while maintaining product quality and supply reliability
- Develop scalable procurement processes, documentation, and supplier management standards as the company grows

We expect you to
- Have 5+ years of senior procurement or strategic sourcing experience
- Have proven experience sourcing food products and/or dietary supplements
- Have experience managing procurement projects from product development through commercial production
- Be an excellent negotiator with strong supplier relationship management skills
- Be comfortable building procurement processes and supplier networks from scratch
- Be able to manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously without compromising quality or deadlines
- Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken
- Take ownership, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Salary
Gross salary range is 6000 - 7000 EUR/month.

This position is fully remote.
