Who We’re Looking For
You have strong experience in procurement or supply chain management and enjoy working in a structured, fast-paced environment. You are commercially minded, analytical, and confident in negotiations, with the ability to build long-term supplier partnerships.
What You’ll Do
- Manage daily purchasing activities
- Oversee supplier relationships
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and lead times
- Evaluate suppliers based on quality, reliability, technical capability, and availability
- Maintain accurate records and supplier databases
- Continuously improve procurement systems and processes
- Develop purchasing policies
- Define guidelines for tendering, quotations, and vendor selection
- Support internal stakeholders
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives

Key Responsibilities Include
- Managing daily procurement and purchasing activities
- Negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, and terms
- Developing and maintaining supplier relationships
- Evaluating suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability
- Maintaining supplier databases and procurement documentation
- Improving purchasing systems and processes
- Defining procurement rules, guidelines, and sourcing strategies
- Supporting internal teams and assigned projects
- Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets
Qualifications & Skills

- Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Strong knowledge of inventory and supply chain management
- Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supplier management
- Proficiency in MS Office and purchasing systems
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Very strong English written and spoken
- Strong planning, organization, and decision-making abilities
