We are looking for:

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager – Construction & Facilities Management to take a strategic lead across complex procurement activity, major projects, and supplier relationships.

This is an opportunity for a commercially strong procurement professional with experience across Construction, FM, Infrastructure, Engineering, or similar complex environments. You will develop category strategies, lead high-value sourcing and tendering activity, negotiate contracts, and work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver value, efficiency, and strong supplier performance.

We are looking for:

  • Strong procurement and category management experience within a private sector environment.
  • Proven Construction and Facilities Management experience.
  • NEC4 and JCT experience.
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and supplier/Stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing complex projects within a matrix environment.
  • A relevant professional qualification such as MCIPS, MRICS, QS, or a willingness to work towards one.
