Senior Procurement Manager – Cyber Security

Hertfordshire (3 days per week)

£75,000–£90,000 + 20% Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Talent Drive are partnering with one of the UK's leading consumer businesses to recruit a Senior Procurement Manager – Cyber Security into their established Technology Procurement function.

This is a high-profile opportunity to take ownership of a business-critical Cyber Security & Engineering Enablement portfolio within a complex, multi-billion-pound organisation. You will act as the primary commercial partner to senior Technology and Security stakeholders, shaping category strategy, leading major sourcing activity and managing strategic technology suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the procurement and category strategy across Cyber Security & Engineering Enablement.
  • Deliver complex, high value technology sourcing projects from strategy through negotiation, contracting and award.
  • Lead major commercial negotiations and enterprise-wide cost optimisation initiatives.
  • Own strategic supplier relationships, driving performance, innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with senior Technology, Security and Engineering stakeholders to support strategic technology roadmaps.
  • Use market intelligence, benchmarking, TCO modelling and commercial analytics to identify opportunities and optimise contracts.
  • Lead executive-level supplier reviews, governance forums and contractual escalations.
  • Manage and develop Procurement Managers, providing leadership across complex negotiations and category activity.

About You

  • Significant Technology Procurement experience gained within a large, complex organisation.
  • Strong experience across Cyber Security procurement and/or closely aligned technology categories.
  • Proven track record of leading complex, high-value technology sourcing and negotiations.
  • Strong commercial understanding of technology contracts, supplier models and cost optimisation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the credibility to influence senior Technology and Security leaders.
  • Experience developing category strategies and multi-year technology procurement plans.
  • Strong supplier relationship management and commercial negotiation capability.
  • Leadership experience, including managing and developing high-performing procurement professionals.
