Sea Global are delighted to be partnering with a leading organisation to recruit a Procurement Manager into their growing procurement function.
The successful candidate will take ownership of end-to-end procurement activity across FM/Construction and additional indirect categories, delivering strong commercial outcomes for the business.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement activity across a range of projects, managing spend values in the millions.
- Develop and implement category and sourcing strategies across FM, Construction, Indirects, and more.
- Lead complex and high-value procurements and negotiate commercial and contractual terms.
- Identify and manage supplier and supply chain risks and lead supplier due diligence and market engagement.
- Work closely with Contract Management teams to ensure effective supplier performance.
- Utilise spend analysis, procurement data, and reporting to identify opportunities and support strategic decision-making.

Experience & Requirements
- CIPS qualified, working towards qualification, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience delivering the full procurement lifecycle.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
