About the Company
YIBI Group is a global manufacturing partner supporting international luxury brands with high-end leather goods hardware, jewelry, and precision metal solutions. Our Luxury Leather Goods Hardware business supports handbags, small leather goods, and accessories through product development, precision engineering, metal manufacturing, surface finishing, assembly, quality management, and scalable production.
About the Role
We are seeking a Procurement Manager based in London to support project-based collaboration with our luxury leather goods hardware business. The role is suited to professionals who understand sourcing and procurement within premium product environments and can evaluate suppliers not only on cost, but also on product capability, development responsiveness, quality, lead time, and long-term manufacturing reliability.

Responsibilities
- Provide insights into procurement and supplier-selection practices for luxury leather goods and accessories.
- Evaluate potential suppliers and manufacturing partners across capability, quality, cost, capacity, and lead time.
- Support sourcing and supplier-development discussions for precision hardware projects.
- Coordinate with product-development, engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams.
- Support commercial and supplier-performance evaluations.
- Identify potential supply and manufacturing risks during product development.
- Provide insights into UK and European luxury sourcing practices.
- Support selected supplier and client-development projects.
Qualifications
- Experience in procurement, sourcing, strategic sourcing, supplier management, or supply chain.
- Experience in luxury goods, leather goods, accessories, precision components, or premium consumer products is preferred.
- Strong supplier-evaluation and commercial judgment.
- Understanding of product-development and manufacturing processes is highly valued.
- Experience working with international manufacturing partners is an advantage.
- This is a remote, contract-based and project-oriented role supporting selected European sourcing and manufacturing-development projects.
