Procurement Manager - Generalist/IT | 12 Month FTC | London | Hybrid
We are working with a high-profile, fast-paced organisation that is building its procurement function and looking for a Procurement Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operations. 12 Month FTC…
This is a hands-on, high-impact role in a newly created function, where you will have real autonomy, working across indirect procurement categories including Technology/SaaS, Professional Services, Facilities, Travel, and Production.
You will help shape how procurement operates, embed new policies and processes, and build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
What you will be doing:
- Lead end-to-end RFQs and RFPs and negotiate with suppliers.
- Manage supplier relationships, contracts, renewals, and performance.
- Identify and deliver cost savings and commercial efficiencies.
- Improve spend visibility and reduce maverick spend.
- Embed procurement policies and best practice across the business.
- Partner with senior stakeholders and act as a trusted commercial adviser.
- Help shape and develop a brand-new procurement function.

What we are looking for:
- An experienced procurement professional with a strong track record across indirect procurement, excellent negotiation skills, and the confidence to operate autonomously.
- Full MCIPS / CIPS Chartered status is a plus, along with experience managing sourcing projects, suppliers, and contracts. Experience in media, broadcast, professional services, or a similarly fast-paced environment would be highly desirable.
