Procurement Manager - Global Indirects

£45,000- £50,000 West London - Ideally 2 days per week in the office

I am partnering with an international events business to recruit a Procurement Manager into its global procurement team. Reporting to the Senior Procurement Manager, you’ll manage a varied portfolio of indirect categories, including logistics, specialist technology and the goods and services required to deliver events across multiple countries. This is a hands-on opportunity to own sourcing projects and supplier relationships within a busy international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver end-to-end procurement across logistics, specialist technology and wider event-related goods and services.
  • Lead tenders, evaluate proposals and negotiate commercial terms, working with stakeholders to define requirements.
  • Manage contracts, variations and change control, supporting the resolution of commercial disputes.
  • Monitor supplier performance against agreed KPIs, ensuring services meet event delivery requirements.
  • Work with operational teams, legal and finance to manage supplier risks and embed sustainability into sourcing decisions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
