About the Role
Responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering procurement projects aligned to the client, major procurement activities, and associated PMO governance.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing end-to-end planning and delivery of direct procurements and Acquisition Strategy workstreams.
- Maintaining tender event schedules, timelines, risk registers and weekly progress reporting.
- Coordinating trust engagement and cross-workstream alignment.
- Ensuring procurement documentation, business cases and governance submissions are delivered on time.
- Supporting the development of procurement plans for major procurements and resource modelling.
- Overseeing alignment with PBC25 benefits, integrated plan and client strategies.
- Producing weekly progress reporting at programme and procurement level.

You’ll need to have:
- Demonstrable procurement project management experience on major programmes.
- Strong PMO, planning and risk management capability.
- Knowledge of public contract regulations and compliant procurement processes.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder environments.
- Project management qualification (Prince2/APM) desirable.
- MCIPS desirable.
- Exposure or an understanding of PA23 is desirable.
