Job Title: Procurement Manager (Technology)

Sea Global is delighted to be supporting a leading global financial services organisation in the appointment of a Procurement Manager (Technology).
This is an exciting opportunity to join a global procurement function and take ownership of strategic technology sourcing activity across a complex international business.
The successful candidate will provide specialist Technology Procurement expertise, supporting strategic sourcing, commercial optimisation, supplier governance and procurement transformation initiatives across a broad technology portfolio.

Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver category plans aligned with business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end sourcing activity, including pipeline management, competitive tenders, benchmarking, supplier selection and contract award.
- Manage complex and high-value commercial and contract negotiations.
- Build strong relationships with wider business stakeholders, as well as key strategic suppliers.
- Manage supplier relationships and performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and commercial optimisation.
- Ensure appropriate Third-Party Risk Management activity is completed throughout the procurement lifecycle.

Experience & Requirements
- Proven experience within Procurement, Strategic Sourcing or Category Management.
- Demonstrable experience managing one or more technology spend categories such as Software & SaaS, Cloud, IT Professional Services, Telecoms, or Licensing.
- Strong experience managing the full sourcing lifecycle, from requirements gathering and supplier selection through to tendering, negotiation and contract award.
- Strong commercial negotiation and contract management skills, with a track record of delivering measurable value.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects and priorities within a fast-paced environment.
