Job Title: Procurement Manager

We are working with a Surrey based, award-winning, luxury interior design studio renowned for its exceptional high-end residential projects.

They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Manager to work closely with the internal project stakeholders, supporting the procurement process across multiple projects.

  • Source luxury furniture, lighting, accessories, and other FF&E.
  • Obtain supplier quotations and assist with price negotiations.
  • Process purchase orders and track orders through to delivery and installation.
  • Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.
  • Monitor lead times, delivery schedules, and procurement costs.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and resolve supplier or delivery issues.

Requirements

Applicants must have at least 3 years' procurement experience, ideally within luxury interiors, FF&E, or high-end residential environments, along with strong supplier communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. A good understanding of purchasing, order management, and logistics is also essential.
