Overview

Music wouldn't exist without the work of songwriters, composers, and publishers. We're here to represent them and make sure that they are paid for their work. After more than a century in the industry, we continue to innovate as a world-leading organisation.

The Role

We are recruiting a Procurement Manager to join the Procurement team. The successful candidate will support procurement and contract management activities across the business.

You will manage end-to-end procurement operations and assigned categories, ensuring compliant sourcing, effective supplier onboarding, accurate procurement data, and strong commercial outcomes.

The role is responsible for delivering cost savings, maximising supplier value, driving process improvements, and building strong stakeholder relationships. You will also support the effective use of the procurement system and ensure the consistent application of procurement policies, processes, and governance across the organisation.

The Procurement Manager will have both internal and external stakeholders, so relationship management is key, along with the ability to be creative in solution management. Your role will touch every department within PRS for Music so you will learn fast how our end-to-end business operates.

Our industry backgrounds are very diverse, however we come together by our love of music and the drive to deliver for our members and customers. We always look for talented people who want a challenging and varied role, and who have, or want to develop themselves and want to work in a supportive team, within this fast-paced industry.

Responsibilities

Procurement:

  • Manage end-to-end procurement activities in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.
  • Support the supplier onboarding process, ensuring suppliers are set up efficiently while meeting all compliance requirements.
  • Review and process supplier requests, procurement forms and contract documentation within delegated authority levels.
  • Maintain accurate supplier and contract data across procurement and finance systems.
  • Support contract renewals, terminations/re-procurements.
  • Support commercial evaluations, negotiations, and contract reviews.
  • Manage all procurements with the new Procurement system in line with procurement policy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
