Job Description
Position: Procurement Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time
Project: Luxury Resort & Villa Development
Location: Antigua
Age Requirement: Maximum 60 years
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager with strong Architectural, Interior Design, and construction procurement experience, ideally from luxury resorts, hotels, villas, or high-end hospitality projects.
Experience Requirement
- 10–15 years of procurement experience in construction and hospitality projects.
- Minimum 5 years in a Procurement Manager / Senior Procurement role.
- Strong experience in Architectural, Interior, Finishing, FF&E, and OS&E procurement.
- Proven experience in luxury resorts, hotels, villas, or high-end residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of finishes, flooring, stone, tiles, sanitaryware, doors, joinery, furniture, lighting, decorative items, and interior materials.
- Experience sourcing and negotiating with international suppliers, manufacturers, subcontractors, and specialist vendors.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, specifications, material schedules, BOQs, and design requirements.
- Experience managing RFQs, tendering, supplier evaluation, negotiations, POs, contracts, and delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage procurement strategies for Architectural, Interior, Finishing, FF&E, and OS&E packages.
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, design compliance, and delivery.
- Review architectural and interior specifications, material schedules, and BOQs to develop procurement packages.
- Lead supplier negotiations and commercial evaluations.
- Coordinate with Design, Architecture, Interior, Project, Commercial, QA/QC, and Logistics teams.
- Ensure materials and products meet approved design, quality, and project requirements.
- Monitor manufacturing, lead times, shipping, and site delivery.
- Identify alternative materials and suppliers while maintaining design intent and quality.
- Manage procurement budgets, cost comparisons, commitments, and procurement reports.

Qualifications Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, Interior Design, Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of architectural and interior materials, finishes, FF&E, and OS&E.
- CIPS / MCIPS certification is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, supplier management, commercial, and communication skills.
