Company Description

Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a Procurement Manager to be based in London, UK.

The UK Procurement team manages a wide range of indirect spend categories, predominantly comprising Fleet, Travel, Professional Services, Sales, Marketing, IT, Logistics and Facilities.

Job Description

Indirect Procurement Category Ownership

  • Develop and manage key supplier relationships, monitor SLA and KPI performance, conduct QBRs, and foster continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Lead end-to-end sourcing activities across key indirect categories.
  • Develop and deliver overarching category plan that delivers reduced risk, improved value and improved business outcomes.
  • Monitor category trends and grow category network to deliver innovation and optimisation – becoming a category expert.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and align procurement strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and relevant regulations within owned categories.

Other

  • Sustainability: leading the fleet & travel contribution to Red Bull's Net-zero goals and support wider sustainability and ESG initiatives within the procurement landscape.
  • Procure-to-pay: lead key projects in this area, including the implementation of a Master Vendor solution.
  • Data: Create data insights & reports to drive cost-saving/efficiencies/sustainability improvements across both categories.
  • Systems: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Procurement, Supply Chain Operations or similar operational role.
  • Stakeholder management (internal and external) & cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong negotiating experience and cross-functional problem solving.
  • Experience in data analysis with a high level of capability in Microsoft Excel and data analysis/visualisation tools (e.g. SAP Analytics Cloud, or PowerBI).
  • Experience in using SAP Ariba or other technology or cloud-based procurement or supply-chain systems.
  • Strong time management, communication and influencing skills.
  • Ability to focus and follow through on priorities and deliver quality results.
  • Proven track record of delivering cost efficiencies.
  • Experience of FMCG environment.
  • Pro-active and enquiring mind - ability to identify opportunities across the business.

  • Process Efficiency: Streamline the procurement process to improve speed, accuracy, and productivity, reducing cycle times.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to improve reliability, pricing, and collaboration, and manage supplier performance to meet quality and delivery expectations.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks from suppliers, contracts, and compliance issues.
  • Spend Visibility and Control: Ensure accurate tracking of spending and implement controls to manage it effectively.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure procurement activities align with local and global policies, ethical standards, and relevant regulations.
  • Sustainability and ESG Alignment: Integrate environmental, social, and governance criteria into sourcing decisions.
