You will be part of the Technology & Telco Procurement team, working in the UK Procurement team as part of the wider European Procurement function.

As a Procurement Manager (GRF12) reporting to the Technology & Telco Team Category Lead, in a small collaborative team, you will operate independently to drive value for Fujitsu, proactively identifying and delivering tangible savings across our software & hardware categories.

  • Engage in complex negotiations for both framework agreements and customer agreement flowdowns
  • Collaborate closely with Legal & Commercial colleagues to secure robust, compliant contracts
  • Focus on supporting bid activities, leading the UK strategy for technology with support from the Head of UK Procurement
  • Provide category knowledge and commercial expertise as a business partner
  • Identify spend consolidation opportunities or new market/supplier opportunities
  • Conduct pre-assessment supplier compliance checks for financial health
  • Bring strong market knowledge, ensuring all procurement activity aligns with industry standards and business needs

Conducting complex negotiations for framework agreements Order Schedules and any customer terms that may also need to be flowed down. Securing best value through competitive tenders and/or negotiation Working independently to manage end-to-end procurement processes. Collaborating with Legal & Commercial colleagues to ensure contract compliance. Supporting bid activities Identifying and delivering tangible cost-saving opportunities. Demonstrating strong knowledge of telecommunications and emerging technologies. Understanding and applying relevant UK regulatory requirements. Willingness to travel for supplier engagement and relationship management. Meeting mandatory security clearance requirements (SC level or above). CIPS or Contracting and Commercial Management qualifications (or be prepared to attain Contracting and Commercial Management – Advanced)

Your Transferable Skills And Experience

  • Strong procurement experience preferably within the Telco category
  • Demonstrable knowledge of SaaS agreements
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
  • Advanced negotiation and influencing skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
  • Commercial and financial acumen
  • Project management experience in complex environments (desirable but not essential)
  • Understanding of compliance, risk, and regulatory frameworks
