Job Description
Joining us as a Purchasing Manager
As a Procurement Manager, where you’ll shape category strategies, influence senior stakeholders and deliver commercial value across a diverse portfolio of goods and services in a fast-paced, transformation-focused environment.
You’ll receive a competitive salary, and a performance related bonus.
This is some of what you can expect to be doing:
- Developing category and sourcing strategies
- Influencing commercial decisions across the business
- Running end-to-end procurement activities
- Leading supplier engagement and negotiations
- Analysing market and supplier performance data
- Improving procurement processes and governance

What you’ll bring to the role
You'll be an experienced procurement professional with strong commercial, category management and stakeholder engagement skills, gained across multiple spend areas within a complex organisation.
You’ll also have:
- Significant procurement and category management experience
- Experience developing and delivering sourcing strategies
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- The ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience using commercial data to support decision-making
- Broad procurement experience across multiple categories or industries

Qualifications
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business or a related discipline
- CIPS Level 5 or above, or working towards - desirable
