About the role

This is a brilliant opportunity to join Tesco’s Property Procurement team, supporting one of the UK’s largest property portfolios. As Procurement Manager within the property team, you’ll play a key role in keeping our estate running safely, efficiently and sustainably—working across engineering, delivery, and maintenance.

You’ll collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders and suppliers, shaping strategies that deliver real business value while helping us build an estate that is fit for today and ready for the future. This is a role where you can make a visible difference—combining commercial thinking, innovation and sustainability to drive outcomes at scale.

You will be responsible for

  • Shaping and delivering sub-category strategies aligned to wider category plans, bringing fresh thinking and leveraging emerging technologies.
  • Leading sourcing activity end-to-end, delivering strong commercial outcomes across both Capex and Opex.
  • Creating and running fair, transparent sourcing processes (RFI/RFP), ensuring the best suppliers are selected for Tesco.
  • Building strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders and suppliers to influence decisions and unlock long-term value.
  • Managing supplier performance and risk through effective supplier relationship management, including regular reviews.
  • Leading contract development and negotiations, ensuring agreements support operational needs and long-term value.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
