Procurement Manager

Permanent contract
Salary: £65,000
Location: Kensington, London
Hybrid Working: Minimum 3 Days per Week in the Office

We’re partnering with a leading international media organisation to appoint an experienced Procurement Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of indirect categories, including Marketing, Sales, Travel, Human Resources, Facilities Management, and Financial Services. Operating within a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment, you’ll manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering measurable savings, improving supplier performance, and creating long-term commercial value.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you’ll lead end-to-end procurement activity across several business-critical categories. Combining strategic category management with hands-on delivery, you’ll develop sourcing strategies, negotiate complex contracts, and work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure procurement decisions support wider business objectives. This role would suit a commercially minded procurement professional who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes, and identifying new ways to create value across a business.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll play a key role in supporting the organisation’s commercial performance by:

  • Developing and implementing robust category strategies aligned with wider business goals.
  • Leading end-to-end sourcing projects and commercial and contractual negotiations.
  • Managing contracts proactively throughout the full contract lifecycle.
  • Identifying savings opportunities, developing compelling business cases, and presenting recommendations to senior decision-makers.
  • Building collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Managing key supplier relationships to maintain service quality, control costs, mitigate risk, and protect continuity of supply.
  • Streamlining Procurement and Legal governance processes, including supplier onboarding and contract risk management.
  • Delivering continuous improvement initiatives and encouraging supplier-led innovation across your portfolio.
  • Managing multiple operational and strategic projects in a fast-paced environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
