Procurement Manager – Technology & Digital

Contract: Until end of May 2027
Location: Hybrid – 3 days onsite
Payrate: up to £650p/d Via Umbrella

Role Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager with deep expertise in Technology & Digital procurement to support enterprise-level programmes. The role will lead strategic sourcing and commercial activities across Software, SaaS, and Cloud spend, working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end procurement activity across Technology & Digital categories, including Software, SaaS, and Cloud
  • Manage strategic relationships and negotiations with Tier 1 suppliers
  • Deliver multiple procurement initiatives concurrently within large-scale enterprise programmes, operating under formal programme governance
  • Provide commercial leadership to ensure procurement strategies align with business cases and programme outcomes
  • Influence and manage executive-level stakeholders autonomously
  • Apply strong financial and commercial analysis to support sourcing decisions and contract negotiations
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting demanding timelines and programme milestones

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Technology & Digital Procurement
  • Proven expertise in Software, SaaS, and Cloud sourcing and supplier management
  • Demonstrated experience working with Tier 1 technology suppliers
  • Background within global, multi-national organisations
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including influencing at executive level
  • Experience delivering procurement activity within complex, governed programmes
  • Exceptional commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to advise on procurement strategy and ensure business case delivery
