We’re reimagining coffee experiences in over 50 countries and counting, as a key part of the Coca-Cola System. Whether you get your coffee in a store, from a machine, at home, or on the go – we’ve got you covered.
Role Overview
As Procurement Manager for Technology, you’ll lead the end-to-end procurement and commercial management of Costa’s enterprise technology portfolio, spanning software and SaaS, hardware, managed services and professional services. Acting as a trusted commercial partner, you’ll work with senior stakeholders to shape sourcing strategies, lead complex negotiations and manage strategic suppliers throughout the contract lifecycle. You’ll use market insight and commercial expertise to deliver value, optimise costs and ensure contractual, operational and supplier risks are effectively managed, while supporting Costa’s wider business, technology and sustainability ambitions.
Our Impact
Our teams make a difference. Whether that’s working on new tech for the perfect pour, helping our teams grow, creating award-winning campaigns, crunching the numbers, or developing the latest exciting menu item; together, we stir up success.
We may be a global brand, but we haven’t forgotten our roots. That’s where the Costa Foundation and our fantastic community agenda come in. Whatever your role, you can help us change lives in coffee growing communities and help your local community too.
Career Growth
We also want to help you grow in your career through amazing experiences, our apprenticeship scheme, and development programmes. At Costa, you can go beyond the day-to-day. And as a Procurement Manager, there’s never been a better time to join.
Why Costa?
We didn’t become a global coffee brand by sitting back. When you work here, you join a community that values passion, progression and integrity, with some pretty brilliant perks to sweeten the deal:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
