Description
As a Procurement Manager (Technology & Digital) at Foster + Partners, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the way technology procurement delivers value across a world-renowned global practice. Working closely with stakeholders across the UK and international offices, you will lead strategic sourcing initiatives, build strong supplier partnerships, and drive innovation, commercial value, and risk management across a diverse technology portfolio spanning software, cloud, AI, digital platforms, and consultancy services.
This role is ideal if you want to:
- Shape the future of technology procurement within a growing and evolving procurement function.
- Lead high-impact sourcing projects across software, cloud, AI, digital, and telecoms categories.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across an international business to influence strategic decisions.

What you will bring to the team:
- Proven experience delivering value within a strategic procurement environment, ideally in professional services or a similarly complex organisation.
- Strong expertise across technology and digital categories, including SaaS, software licensing, managed services, infrastructure, and AI.
- A track record of leading complex sourcing activities and negotiating successful commercial outcomes.
- Strong commercial judgement with the ability to balance cost, risk, innovation, and supplier performance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to influence at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, combined with a proactive and delivery-focused mindset.
- A collaborative approach, with the ability to build trusted relationships and drive positive change across the business.
