What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and deliver category strategies across a diverse indirect procurement portfolio.
  • Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, from market engagement through to contract award.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements that deliver value, manage risk and support business objectives.
  • Manage contracts throughout their lifecycle to maximise performance and compliance.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and build compelling business cases for senior stakeholders.
  • Partner with teams across the business to provide commercial procurement expertise and guidance.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to improve service, encourage innovation and ensure continuity of supply.
  • Enhance procurement and contract governance processes, including supplier onboarding and risk management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen procurement performance and operational efficiency.
  • Manage multiple strategic and operational procurement projects within a fast-paced environment.

Main Skills Needed

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end indirect procurement categories.
  • Strong commercial negotiation and contract management expertise.
  • Track record of delivering measurable cost savings and supplier performance improvements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Able to balance strategic planning with hands-on delivery.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for improving procurement processes and driving business value.
  • Familiarity with procurement platforms such as Coupa, Ironclad, Power BI or similar systems.
  • Strong Microsoft Office or Google Workspace skills.
  • CIPS qualification and experience within media or advertising would be advantageous but are not essential.
