Procurement Managers & Procurement Specialists
Up to £70,000 - London & Hampshire - Hybrid
I am partnering with two businesses currently across two very different industries. One is across global events and the other in the defence space. These opportunities range from more junior specialist positions through to experienced managers, with a shared focus on strong supplier relationships, commercial delivery and stakeholder engagement. Summaries below:
Global Events – London
c. 2 days a week in the office
Working across large global spend portfolios, these roles suit procurement professionals with broad indirect category experience who enjoy variety and working with international stakeholders. Categories include logistics, technology, event services, marketing and other business services.
Procurement Manager – Up to £70,000
Take ownership of complex global procurement packages, developing sourcing strategies and leading commercial negotiations. You’ll bring experience managing significant spend across multiple indirect categories, alongside the confidence to influence senior stakeholders, challenge requirements and strengthen supplier performance internationally.

Procurement Specialist – Up to £50,000
Manage allocated global services packages, running tenders, negotiating terms and managing contracts and suppliers. Ideal for someone with hands-on indirect procurement experience across a range of categories who wants broader international exposure and greater ownership, supported by an experienced procurement team.
Defence – Hampshire
c. 3 days a week in the office
Supporting products and services across complex customer programmes, these roles place particular emphasis on supplier relationship management, contract management and proactive stakeholder engagement. Previous defence experience is not essential—strong communicators who take ownership and build credibility will be well suited.
Procurement Manager – Up to £65,000
Lead sourcing and negotiations while taking a proactive approach to supplier performance, contractual risk and service improvement. You’ll need strong SRM and contract management experience, the ability to engage stakeholders early and the confidence to resolve issues independently. MCIPS qualification or progress towards it, alongside source-to-pay systems experience, is sought.

Procurement Specialist – Up to £45,000
Support supplier relationships and contract performance through data analysis, KPI monitoring, contract administration and straightforward sourcing activity. Suited to someone organised, analytical and confident communicating with stakeholders, with an interest in developing their procurement expertise and improving how processes and systems work.
Key Skills and Experience across all these roles
- Procurement, sourcing or supplier management experience appropriate to the role, with broader strategic ownership required at manager level.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
- Commercial awareness and an analytical approach to identifying savings, improving performance and managing risk.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset, with the confidence to challenge inefficiencies and follow through on actions.
- Broad indirect category experience for the events roles; a strong supplier and contract management focus for the defence opportunities.
