About Us

We are a fast-growing property group operating multiple brands across the Build to Rent and Purpose-Built Student Accommodation sectors. Our central Group Procurement team drives governance, operational consistency, and commercial performance across a diverse and rapidly expanding portfolio.

As the business expands across the UK and Europe, robust supplier transitions and well-controlled contract mobilisations are essential. Procurement plays a central role in ensuring FM services are properly contracted, compliant, and operationally ready from day one.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Mobilisation Manager to lead the contracting, onboarding, and mobilisation of hard and soft Facilities Management suppliers across our UK and European portfolio, principally Italy and Spain.

This newly created role sits at the centre of new property, client, and supplier transitions. You will manage mobilisation plans, contracts, novations, supplier readiness, and operational handover, ensuring services go live safely, compliantly, and on schedule.

In the UK, our Category Managers lead sourcing and tendering. Across Europe, local procurement and operational teams provide in-country sourcing support. You will take the lead on contracting, novations, supplier onboarding, and mobilisation across both regions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
