Procurement / Office Manager

📍Full-time office-based 💷 Salary fully dependent on experience

Hunter Dunning is working with an interior design studio specialising on high-end residential projects, to recruit a Procurement / Office Manager to join their friendly team. This is a varied role which will involve procurement and supporting the Director, designers and wider team.

A driver's license and access to a car are essential due to the office's location.

Your Experience

  • Proven experience in a procurement-based role, within the Interior Design industry
  • Strong Estimac knowledge is essential
  • Confident using Outlook and MS Office, preferably on a Mac
  • Experience of Xero is preferable
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Able to manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working independently in a small team
  • Discreet and professional when handling confidential information
