Procurement Operations Coordinator

£40,000 - £45,000 per annum

Your new company

A leading global professional services organisation is seeking to expand its Procurement team. Supporting stakeholders across the business, the function plays a key role in driving operational efficiency, supplier engagement and procurement best practice.

Your new role

You'll join the Procurement Operations team, supporting daily procurement activity across reporting, analysis, process governance and stakeholder engagement. Working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers, you'll help produce procurement reports, analyse data, support process improvements and contribute to training initiatives across the business. You'll also gain exposure to Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform tools and wider procurement technologies, while assisting with supplier queries and general procurement operations.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their procurement career within a large and well-established organisation, with clear progression opportunities over time.

What you'll need to succeed

  • You'll have previous experience within procurement, purchasing or procurement operations and be looking to build a long-term career in the profession.
  • Strong analytical skills, initiative and a proactive mindset will be key, alongside experience producing reports and working with data. Advanced Excel skills are required, while exposure to Power BI, Power Platform or similar reporting tools would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential, as you'll be supporting stakeholders across the business and helping deliver training on procurement processes and best practice.
