Help us build relationships across UK procurement

eSourcing Data is looking to work with an experienced procurement professional, consultant, or industry specialist who has an established network across UK procurement and commercial teams.

This is not a traditional employed sales position. We are looking to establish a commercial partnership with someone who understands procurement, knows the market, and can help us develop relationships with organizations that could benefit from our procurement technology and professional services. Our focus is on building long-term relationships rather than high-volume cold sales.

Please respond via LinkedIn with a short introduction about yourself, how you think you could help us achieve these goals, and whether you see any other opportunities for collaboration or partnership. We'd love to hear your ideas.

About eSourcing Data

eSourcing Data develops procurement technology across Source-to-Contract (S2C), Purchase-to-Pay (P2P), and the wider Source-to-Pay lifecycle, alongside procurement and commercial support services.

Our technology includes capabilities across areas such as:

  • eSourcing and tender management
  • Procurement pipelines
  • Supplier onboarding
  • Contract management
  • Supplier management
  • Procurement workflows and approvals
  • Purchase-to-Pay
  • Spend and procurement analytics
  • Dynamic Markets and procurement marketplaces
  • Procurement automation and AI

Our wider group has also secured places on G-Cloud 15, including Lot 2b – Software as a Service (SaaS) and Lot 3 – Cloud Support Services, providing routes through which public-sector organizations can procure relevant technology and support services.

The Opportunity

We want to partner with someone who already operates within the procurement community and can help us develop relationships with:

  • Chief Procurement Officers
  • Heads and Directors of Procurement
  • Commercial Directors
  • Heads of P2P / S2P
  • Procurement Transformation teams
  • Finance and Shared Services leaders
  • Digital and Technology teams
  • Public-sector procurement and commercial teams
  • Procurement consultancies and implementation partners

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You might already be an independent procurement consultant, former Procurement Director, fractional CPO, transformation specialist, or procurement technology professional. We are particularly interested in people with strong relationships across central government, local government, NHS, housing, education, utilities, and the wider public sector, although private-sector procurement relationships are equally valuable.

What Would You Do?

The relationship can be structured flexibly around your existing work and network. We would expect our partner to:

  • Introduce eSourcing Data to relevant procurement and commercial decision-makers.
  • Identify organizations reviewing or replacing procurement technology.
  • Generate conversations around S2C, P2P, and Source-to-Pay transformation.
  • Arrange qualified discovery meetings and demonstrations.
  • Identify potential pilot and early-adopter organizations.
  • Introduce opportunities for our procurement and commercial services.
  • Help develop strategic partnerships with procurement consultancies and technology providers.
  • Represent or introduce eSourcing Data within relevant procurement networks and events.
  • Provide market insight and feedback from procurement leaders.
  • Where appropriate, remain involved in opportunities through discovery, proposal, and implementation.

We're interested in quality of relationships and opportunities rather than volume of outbound activity.

Who We're Looking For

We're particularly interested in speaking with someone who has:

  • An established professional network within UK procurement.
  • Senior procurement, commercial, or procurement-technology experience.
  • Strong understanding of S2C, P2P, S2P, or procurement transformation.
  • Experience engaging Heads of Procurement, CPOs, and other senior decision-makers.
  • Knowledge of public-sector procurement and/or major private-sector procurement.
  • The credibility to have peer-to-peer conversations with procurement leaders.
  • A commercial and entrepreneurial approach.

Previous experience with procurement platforms such as Coupa, SAP Ariba, Jaggaer, Atamis, Proactis, Oracle, or similar systems would be useful but isn't essential.

Commercial Structure

We are deliberately keeping the arrangement flexible. Potential structures include:

  • Associate / Referral Partnership
  • Success-based fees for qualified opportunities and converted customers
  • Fractional Procurement Partnerships Consultant
  • A regular monthly commitment combined with performance-related fees

Strategic Partnership: For established consultants or procurement businesses that want to introduce eSourcing Data alongside their existing services. We're open to discussing the right commercial model with the right person.

We're not looking for someone to simply generate hundreds of cold leads. We want to build genuine relationships with procurement leaders that lead to: Introductions → Discovery → Demonstrations → Pilots → Customers → Long-term partnerships

If you have an established procurement network and are interested in working with a growing procurement technology business, we'd be very interested in speaking with you.
