Job Description
Are you an early-career procurement professional looking to broaden your experience beyond sourcing, tenders, and supplier management?
We're looking for a Procurement Process Analyst to join our Global Procurement Excellence team and play a key role in shaping the future of procurement across an international organisation. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside senior procurement leaders on a major transformation programme, helping to standardise, optimise and document procurement processes that will support teams around the world.
The Opportunity
As Procurement Process Analyst, you'll work closely with the Head of Procurement Excellence and Procurement Project Manager to drive procurement transformation initiatives across a global business. You will help create the processes, documentation and training materials that ensure improvements are embedded and sustainable for the long term.
This role is ideally suited to someone who has a foundation in procurement and is now looking for broader exposure, greater visibility and the opportunity to develop towards future Procurement Manager or Category Manager roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Map, analyse and document procurement processes.
- Create process flows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), policies and training materials.
- Support global procurement improvement and transformation projects.
- Work with procurement stakeholders to understand current processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Develop engaging onboarding and training content for global procurement teams.
- Contribute to the development of a comprehensive Procurement Handbook.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Europe, Asia and North America.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
