Senior Manager, Advertising & Consumer Promotions (UKI)

PROCUREMENT

Lead the Advertising & Consumer Promotions (A&CP) procurement agenda across the Middle East & Africa region, ensuring services are sourced efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with company policies. Drive procurement strategy execution, stakeholder partnership, supplier performance, and sustainable savings across a portfolio of approximately $76 million spend.


THE ROLE

OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!

As our Senior Procurement Manager, Advertising & Consumer Promotions (MEA), you play a critical role in managing A&CP procurement activities across MEA markets, driving strategic sourcing initiatives, overseeing budgets and supplier performance, supporting business objectives through procurement strategies, and ensuring compliance, efficiency, and sustainable value creation.

You will be reporting to EMEA Procurement Senior Director, and you will manage:

Strategic Business Partnership:

  • Build strong relationships with General Managers, CFOs, Marketing Directors, and Sales Directors across MEA markets.
  • Align procurement strategies with commercial goals and overall Coty objectives.
  • Partner with local and regional stakeholders to prioritize initiatives with direct business impact.
  • Ensure regional market feedback is incorporated into global category strategies.
  • Influence decision-making at local and regional management levels.

  • Implement procurement initiatives aligned with global category strategies while addressing local market needs.
  • Develop sourcing plans and savings pipelines linked to market investments.
  • Leverage market insights and ROI analysis to support strategic investments.
  • Drive sustainable savings and innovation across A&CP categories.
  • Lead end-to-end project execution from stakeholder engagement through contracting and savings reporting.

Financial & Supplier Performance Management / Risk & Compliance Oversight:

  • Manage sourcing plans aligned with budgets, quality requirements, and delivery timelines.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and oversee contract management.
  • Monitor supplier performance against Coty standards.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with legal requirements and company policies while mitigating supplier-related risks.
  • Support sustainability objectives, including tracking supplier EcoVadis and Sedex certifications.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

As a strategic procurement professional with strong business partnering and project management capabilities, you thrive in a fast-paced and diverse environment. You are autonomous, structured, collaborative, proactive, and results-oriented.

  • 5–7 years of meaningful experience in Procurement or a related business function, with a strong A&CP track record within an FMCG company.
  • Professional fluency in English.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use complex data to support strategic decisions.
  • Proven leadership, communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Experience developing sourcing plans, managing budgets, and delivering savings initiatives.
  • Strong supplier, contract, and stakeholder management experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within agreed timelines.
  • Arabic language skills are a plus.
