Reed Procurement are delighted to be supporting a growing international organisation based in the Crawley area in the recruitment of a Procurement Specialist.
This is an excellent opportunity for a procurement professional with experience in international sourcing, supplier management and technical procurement. The role offers significant variety, working with customers and suppliers across global markets and supporting complex procurement requirements from initial enquiry through to successful delivery.
The Role
You will be responsible for sourcing materials, equipment and services for customers operating across international markets. You will manage multiple RFQs, negotiate with suppliers, evaluate commercial and technical proposals and ensure customer requirements are met in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing end-to-end procurement activities and supplier sourcing
- Obtaining competitive quotations whilst maintaining quality and service standards
- Liaising directly with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Evaluating supplier proposals against technical, commercial and delivery requirements
- Negotiating pricing and commercial terms
- Managing supplier relationships and contract performance
- Reviewing RFQs to ensure technical and commercial compliance
- Supporting the delivery of customer requirements across international projects and supply chains

About You
- Strong procurement and supplier negotiation skills
- Experience managing RFQs and sourcing activities
- Understanding of international trade and logistics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
