Sea Global are delighted to be partnering with a well-established and recognisable organisation to recruit a Procurement Specialist into their growing procurement function.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering a major new programme, leading procurement activity across a diverse portfolio of Property and Facilities spend.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end procurement activity, developing and delivering sourcing strategies that add value, cost savings and risk mitigation.
  • Manage competitive tendering exercises (RFx), supplier negotiations, contract management and supplier relationship management.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver procurement solutions.
  • Conduct market analysis, spend reviews and supplier performance management.

Experience & Requirements

  • Experience delivering end-to-end procurement projects, including strategic sourcing, tendering, supplier negotiations and contract management.
  • Experience supporting Property and Facilities categories, with knowledge of JCT Contracts being beneficial.
  • Comfortable managing supplier relationships, governance processes and procurement systems.
  • Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Reporting directly to the Head of Procurement, you will take ownership of the end-to-end procurement lifecycle. The role is initially on a 12-month contract with the potential to go perm.
