Power the future of clean energy through strategic procurement and supply chain excellence

At Cavendish Nuclear, we’re working to create a safe and secure world, together. If you join us, you can play your part as a Procurement Specialist at Bristol Business Park, near Bristol, Gloucestershire, or at our Warrington site.

The role

As a Procurement Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting some of the United Kingdom's most exciting clean energy and infrastructure programmes. Working across major projects, you'll partner with stakeholders, suppliers, and project teams to deliver innovative procurement solutions that drive value, performance, and operational success.

This is an opportunity to influence critical procurement decisions across complex engineering projects while developing your expertise within the nuclear, defence, and clean energy sectors. Your work will directly contribute to projects that support national infrastructure, energy security, and the transition to a more sustainable future. With opportunities to broaden your experience across major programmes, including future secondment opportunities within the MEH Alliance, this role offers excellent scope for professional growth and career progression.

Day-to-day, You’ll Be Required To

  • Managing sourcing and tendering activities to deliver cost-effective and technically robust supply chain solutions.
  • Leading supplier negotiations to maximise commercial value and secure successful project outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
