Procurement Specialist (Hybrid Working - 3 days in the office)

Join a Growing Employee-Owned Business

Constellia is entering an exciting new chapter. As a newly established Employee Owned Trust (EOT) and one of the UK's fastest-growing private companies, we are continuing to evolve, grow and invest in our future. Growth brings opportunity, challenge and change, and we're looking for people who are excited by that journey rather than simply looking for a comfortable status quo.

We're looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our Procurement Team and help deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients across professional services, consultancy, accountancy and wider advisory spend categories.

This role offers variety, responsibility and the opportunity to develop your procurement expertise in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Working closely with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders, you will support end-to-end sourcing activity through our innovative Neutral Vendor Managed Service and purpose-built source-to-pay platform.

What It's Like to Work Here

We're proud of our people, the relationships we've built with our clients and the impact we have across the public and private sectors. At the same time, we're honest that we're a business continuing to grow and mature. That means:

  • You'll work at pace.
  • Priorities can shift.
  • You'll need to be comfortable with change.
  • You'll have opportunities to shape and improve processes.
  • You'll work with talented colleagues who genuinely care about delivering great outcomes.

If you're somebody who enjoys solving problems, taking ownership and helping shape how things are done, you'll find plenty of opportunity here.

The Role

You will act as an extension of our clients' procurement teams, helping them source professional services and deliver successful procurement outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
