What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting sourcing projects across multiple categories including Marketing, HR, and Technology
  • Negotiating contracts to secure the best value for the business
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers
  • Analysing spend data and providing procurement insights
  • Managing supplier communication and contract renewals to ensure seamless service delivery

Main Skills Needed

  • Proven experience in end-to-end procurement processes and sourcing projects
  • Experience with indirect procurement to support business operations
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
  • High organisation with good time management and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and procurement tools (e.g., Coupa)
