Responsibilities
Procurement at TikTok plays a key role in delivering high-quality purchasing solutions and building a global platform for sourcing resources. By managing procurement professionally, selecting reliable suppliers, and monitoring performance, we aim to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance across the company helping to foster a sustainable business environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing initiatives across marketing categories (e.g. media, creative agencies, production, digital marketing, events, PR), securing competitive and value-driven commercial terms.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for marketing-related goods and services, from strategic planning and vendor selection through to contract execution and delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key marketing suppliers and agencies, tracking performance through regular reviews and ensuring service-level agreements are met.
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Brand, Legal, and Finance to understand business objectives, influence decision-making, and provide procurement expertise tailored to marketing spend.
- Conduct ongoing market intelligence and benchmarking to stay abreast of pricing trends, supplier innovations, and industry dynamics, with a focus on marketing and communications.
- Ensure procurement activities within the marketing category are compliant with internal policies, governance frameworks, and ethical standards.
- Develop and implement category strategies and cost-saving initiatives within marketing procurement to drive efficiency, transparency, and value across campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Basic analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, make informed decisions, and solve problems.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship experience in a related field, ideally within a multinational organisation.
- Basic knowledge of procurement practices and market trends in the EMEA region.
