Procurement Specialist – Leeds/Hybrid - £36,000 - £40,000 + 20% Bonus & Benefits
Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to be supporting a leading global business in Leeds who are looking to recruit a Procurement Specialist to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a procurement professional to deliver category strategies, drive value for money, and support stakeholders across the business.

The Role:
- Lead end-to-end procurement processes for strategic and tactical tenders, securing stakeholder buy-in throughout the procurement cycle
- Support the Procurement Partner in developing category strategies and plans, providing market and supplier insight
- Manage procurement enquiries, assessing requests in line with policy and prioritisation processes
- Support supplier relationship management, ensuring compliance against contract terms and budgets
- Contribute to cost savings, cost avoidance, and efficiency initiatives aligned to procurement objectives
- Identify opportunities for process and system improvements across the business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, taking a collaborative approach to problem-solving
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory obligations throughout

The Person:
- Detailed knowledge of procurement practice, contract law, and supplier and contract management
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- Confident in engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels
