Procurement Specialist

We are working with a leading investment organisation that combines capital, technology and operational expertise to build and support businesses across a range of areas. The firm operates in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on technology, operational improvement and continued growth.

They are looking for a proactive Procurement Specialist to join the team, supporting a significant increase in procurement activity across the business.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, understanding requirements and guiding them through the procurement process
• Support the onboarding of new suppliers, ensuring the appropriate processes and due diligence are completed
• Coordinate contract progression alongside Legal, Procurement and business stakeholders
• Manage purchase order creation and support invoice processing where required
• Maintain accurate supplier and procurement records across internal systems
• Track procurement activity, vendor status and key milestones, providing clear updates to stakeholders
• Ensure procurement and finance processes are followed consistently
• Support sourcing and supplier engagement activity as required
• Help identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, systems and ways of working
• Build strong relationships across the business and ensure requests are progressed efficiently
