Procurement Process and Systems Analyst

Required for a major Offshore Wind Farm Developer based in the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Support implementation of the client's Purchase to Pay System.
  • Support implementation of the client's Sourcing Platform.
  • Provide procurement systems support and training as required to the Project team.
  • Integration with the client's teams to ensure alignment between company-wide initiatives/deployments and Projects' requirements.
  • Oversight of the Financial and Corruption Due Diligence Process.
  • Procurement Performance Reporting and Progress Tracking.
  • Manage contingent labour contracts, including working with agencies to identify and onboard new agency hires.
  • Manage low-value sourcing and contracting activities as required.
  • Make sure our Project Leadership team can fully focus on their core responsibilities by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and streamlining communication.
  • Coordinate internal and external events that bring colleagues closer together, both locally and internationally, from sports initiatives and team-building activities to the project Christmas party.
  • Optimise and facilitate administrative processes, handling a wide variety of tasks that require adaptability, including launching documents for digital signature, supporting digital systems, archiving in SharePoint, creating POs in SAP, and working in Omega 365.
  • Provide valuable support across various administrative activities and ad hoc projects, as part of the go-to team when things need to be organised quickly and effectively.

  • Experience in Procurement Process, Systems, and Governance.
  • Experience in Reporting and Performance Management activities.
  • Sourcing and contract management experience, preferably in the energy industry.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in communication and event planning is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience working within Agile project environments.
