About the Opportunity
This opportunity is for experienced Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Management, Supply Chain, and Supplier Relationship Management professionals interested in contributing to advanced AI research and evaluation projects.
The role focuses on reviewing and evaluating AI-generated procurement documents, sourcing analyses, vendor assessments, supplier management materials, presentations, and related business work products.
You'll apply your expertise in procurement strategy, supplier evaluation, contract management, sourcing operations, and vendor performance management to help improve the capabilities of next-generation AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated procurement analyses, sourcing recommendations, vendor assessments, supplier evaluations, contracts, presentations, and operational documents for quality and accuracy.
- Review outputs against domain-specific evaluation frameworks and procurement best practices.
- Assess recommendations based on commercial viability, sourcing strategy, supplier risk, cost optimization, and operational feasibility.
- Identify factual, analytical, presentation, and procurement-related errors.
- Evaluate vendor selection approaches, supplier performance reviews, procurement strategies, and sourcing decisions.
- Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve AI-generated procurement and vendor management content.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Management, Supplier Relationship Management, Supply Chain Operations, Purchasing, or a related field.
- Experience managing supplier relationships, sourcing initiatives, procurement programs, vendor negotiations, or contract administration.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier evaluation methodologies, vendor risk management, and sourcing best practices.
- Native or professional fluency in English.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly PowerPoint, Google Slides, Excel, and document-based workflows.

Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Procurement, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CPSM, CPSD, CSCP, CPIM, CIPS, PMP, or equivalent credentials.
- Experience leading enterprise procurement programs, strategic sourcing initiatives, or vendor governance functions.
- Experience evaluating procurement performance, supplier scorecards, or sourcing outcomes.
- Familiarity with AI-generated content evaluation and quality assurance workflows.
Compensation
- Competitive compensation of $80–$120/hour.
- Weekly payments.
