Our Mission

Our mission is to enable everyone to build wealth.

We reinvent how trading and investing work by creating exceptional products people love. Fostering a culture of excellence and high velocity is the key to our success. Today, we serve over 6 million clients, with more than €30 billion in assets under management - a testament to the scale and trust we’ve built in just a few years.

We're Hiring

We're looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our Procurement team reporting to the Head of Procurement. In this role, you'll support sourcing, vendor management, and contract administration across the business, helping ensure we buy well, manage supplier relationships effectively, and keep spend under control.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys detail, structure, and working across multiple stakeholder groups. You'll be the day-to-day contact for procurement requests, from initial sourcing through to contract renewal.

What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end procurement requests, including sourcing, RFQs/RFPs, vendor comparisons, and purchase order creation;
  • Support commercial negotiations on pricing, terms, and renewal conditions alongside category owners;
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors across categories such as software, professional services, facilities, and marketing;
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, IT, and other internal stakeholders to gather requirements and align on specifications;
  • Prepare purchase summaries, business cases, and vendor comparisons to support procurement decisions;
  • Track contract renewal dates, spend against budget, and supplier performance;
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and support supplier consolidation initiatives;
  • Maintain the vendor and contract register, ensuring compliance with internal policy and outsourcing requirements;
  • Monitor procurement KPIs and prepare reporting for management.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
