Be the person who keeps everything moving.

At Vivedia, we create technology that supports life’s most meaningful moments. From helping families say goodbye to loved ones, to delivering technology for weddings, citizenship ceremonies and celebrations, what we do matters.

Behind every installation, project and customer experience is a well-organised operation that makes sure the right equipment is available at exactly the right time.

That's where you come in.

We're looking for a Procurement & Stock Manager who can take ownership of our supply chain, stock operation and procurement function. You'll lead a small team, build fantastic supplier relationships, and ensure our engineers have everything they need to deliver exceptional service across the UK.

If you love bringing order to complexity, enjoy improving processes, and get genuine satisfaction from seeing a well-run operation perform at its best, we'd love to hear from you. You'll be at the centre of our operation, making sure stock, assets, suppliers and systems all work together seamlessly.

Your Mission

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
