About The Role

This role sits within Macro’s Procurement & Supply Chain Management function, supporting a global facilities management business. The successful candidate will support supplier pre-qualification, onboarding, procurement systems, contract administration and reporting. The role is UK-based and operates on a hybrid working basis, 2-3 days per week in London HQ.

You will support procurement operations, with a focus on supplier onboarding, contract administration, data reporting and system governance.

The role would suit a proactive individual looking to develop their procurement and supply chain career in a structured, stakeholder-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate supplier onboarding and pre-qualification through procurement, QHSE, insurance and finance gateways.
  • Review onboarding requests, obtain missing information, and liaise with suppliers, requestors and approvers.
  • Maintain supplier records, directories, and onboarding trackers.
  • Maintain Power BI dashboards and management information for onboarding, spend, and performance.
  • Coordinate e-signature workflows, NDAs and contract templates.
  • Manage the team mailbox, triaging queries, and escalate them as required.
  • Maintain the contract library and associated SharePoint folders.
  • Update procurement templates, process maps, guidance notes, and user instructions.
  • Support procurement compliance across onboarding, contracting, and documentation activities.
  • Support mobilisations, supplier transitions, reporting cycles, and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

The successful candidate will be organised, detail-focused and confident working with procurement systems, supplier information and internal stakeholders. Knowledge of e-signature platforms and source-to-contract systems would be beneficial.

Essential

  • Qualification, Skills & Experience:
    • Experience in procurement, supplier onboarding, supply chain administration, contract administration, or a related business support role.
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience using procurement systems, SharePoint and BI reporting tools.

Desirable

  • A degree or professional qualification in procurement, supply chain management or a related discipline.
