Procurement & Supply Chain Manager
Hybrid - Newbury
£65,000 - dependent on experience

Technify Talent have partnered with a fast-scaling UK technology company, delivering complex, AI powered security solutions. We're looking for a Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to build and lead their procurement and supply chain function from the ground up.
This is a genuine lead role covering the full spectrum: strategic sourcing, supplier management, logistics and inventory, project procurement, compliance, and ESG. You'll be instrumental in shaping how the business scales, embedding governance and process as it grows.

What you'll be doing:
- Developing and owning the procurement and supply chain strategy
- Leading sourcing and negotiation across hardware, software, and specialist services
- Managing supplier performance, risk, and strategic relationships
- Overseeing inventory, logistics, and asset tracking to support project delivery
- Aligning procurement activity with project milestones and delivery schedules
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory, security, and trade requirements
- Owning ESG strategy and reporting across the supply chain
What we're looking for:

- Substantial senior-level experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations management
- Strong track record in supplier relationship management and commercial negotiation
- Experience supporting project-based delivery organisations
- Proven ability to build procurement processes and governance frameworks from scratch
- Budget ownership and a track record of cost improvement
- Eligibility to obtain UK Security Clearance is essential
- Right to work in the UK
