Procurement Systems Analyst
Belfast | Hybrid | 15-Month Fixed-Term Contract
MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a leading organisation as it undertakes a major enterprise transformation involving Workday Financials, Strategic Sourcing and Contract Lifecycle Management.
The organisation is seeking a CLM / Procurement Systems Analyst to become its principal functional specialist for the new sourcing and contract-management platform.
This is an excellent opportunity to join the programme during implementation, help shape how the system is designed and deployed, and then take ownership of the platform following go-live.
The Role
During implementation, you will:
- Translate business requirements into system-configuration requirements.
- Work with Procurement, Legal, Finance, IT and an external implementation partner.
- Help establish a central digital contract repository.
- Support contract and document migration.
- Define and maintain contract metadata and taxonomy standards.
- Cleanse, enrich and validate contract data.
- Support the configuration and validation of AI-enabled contract models.
- Execute system testing and coordinate defect resolution.
- Assist with training, deployment and go-live activities.

Following implementation, you will:
- Administer the Strategic Sourcing and CLM platforms.
- Manage user security, configuration changes and system maintenance.
- Provide second-line functional support.
- Investigate and resolve system issues.
- Coordinate SaaS releases and new-feature adoption.
- Identify and implement continuous-improvement opportunities.
- Help optimise contract-intelligence and AI capabilities.
What You'll Need
- Experience supporting an enterprise system implementation.
- Knowledge of procurement, sourcing, legal or contract-management processes.
- A strong understanding of contract-lifecycle or source-to-contract processes.
- Experience supporting testing, training and go-live activities.
- The ability to manage stakeholders across multiple business functions.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience administering a CLM, procurement or other business application would be highly advantageous. Workday experience is desirable, although candidates with transferable experience across platforms such as Icertis, Coupa, SAP Ariba, Jaggaer, DocuSign CLM or similar systems are also encouraged to apply.
Experience with document migration, metadata management, SaaS releases, e-signature integrations or AI-enabled contract-review technology would also be beneficial.
This role offers hybrid working, strong organisational visibility and the opportunity to take a new enterprise platform from implementation through to long-term operational ownership.
