Team Lead – Procurement & Operations
Our client is a well-established international organization seeking a people-focused leader to oversee a broad operational portfolio spanning Procurement, Facilities, Fleet Management, and Business Support Services.

The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team across Procurement, Facilities, Fleet, and Operations.
- Create a high-performing and collaborative team culture focused on service excellence.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage competing priorities and ensure effective resource planning across multiple workstreams.
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders to identify needs and implement practical solutions.
- Monitor operational performance through KPIs and implement actions to improve outcomes.
- Support digitalization and process optimization initiatives across the function.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, governance standards, and operational controls.
- Contribute to workplace experience and facilities-related initiatives that support employee engagement and productivity.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate may come from a variety of backgrounds, including Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Facilities Management, Customer Service, or another operationally focused business function. Successful candidates will typically demonstrate:

- Previous experience leading, coaching, or coordinating teams, projects, or operational activities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization.

- Exposure to procurement, facilities, or workplace operations would be advantageous but is not essential.
