We are looking for a P2P Specialist to join the Procurement Team. This is a hybrid role, working in our Leeds office two days a week.

The P2P (Procure to Pay) Specialist is responsible for the administration, governance, and continuous improvement of PureGym’s global P2P platform (Medius).

The Role

The P2P Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day management and governance of the Medius platform across all global markets. Key responsibilities / activities include:

  • Manage and maintain all catalogues within Medius across global markets, ensuring product information, pricing, descriptions and associated images are accurate and up to date.
  • Liaise directly with suppliers to resolve catalogue discrepancies, pricing issues and ordering failures.
  • Support and administer the global Joiners, Movers and Leavers (JML) process within Medius
  • Onboard new users, assign appropriate permission groups and provide system training.
  • Process leavers, deactivate accounts and coordinate reassignment of open tasks and approvals
  • Support supplier onboarding activities, ensuring required vendor documentation is obtained, and supplier records are correctly established within the system
  • Maintain approval workflows and Delegation of Authority (DoA) structures across all markets, working closely with Procurement and Finance stakeholders to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Raise and manage purchase orders for agreed CAPEX expenditure categories and support business users with PO creation where applicable.
  • Monitor and govern PO creation processes across markets, ensuring compliance with established procedures and controls.
  • Investigate and coordinate resolution of Medius system issues, escalating and managing tickets with Medius and associated technology partners where required.
  • Deliver onboarding, refresher training and user support for Medius users globally
  • Identify opportunities to improve system utilisation, automation and user experience across the business.
  • Supporting the investigation and resolution of integration issues between vendor sites and Medius as well as supporting vendor engagement to set up integrations between vendor sites and Medius.
  • There will be a requirement for occasional international travel (within Europe), up to 4 times per year

The successful candidate will be:

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong administrative and process management skills
  • Comfortable working across multiple markets and stakeholder groups.
  • Proactive and solution-focused, taking ownership of issues through to solution
  • Confident communicating with suppliers, end users and senior stakeholders
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Process-driven with a strong focus on compliance, governance and continuous improvement.
  • An effective team player who collaborates well across Procurement, Finance and operational teams

Qualifications & Skills

18 months in procurement operations, procure-to-pay systems, procurement administration or finance operations preferred

Key skills required include:

Experience of Medius or similar P2P platform is highly desirable

Experience managing user access, approval workflows and Delegation of Authority structures is preferred.

Excellent oral and written English language skills are essential.
